原料：芒果一个，糯米粉 150g，椰子粉 20g，糖粉 50g（可以直接拿白砂糖磨细），淀粉 40g，牛奶 250g，色拉油 25g。1、把糯米粉、生粉、椰子粉、糖粉倒入大碗，加入色拉油和牛奶，慢慢搅拌至没有颗粒的粉浆。2、上锅中火蒸 13~15 分钟左右，至粉浆全部凝固即可（出锅后会很粘，放凉后就没那么粘了）。3、芒果去皮去核切成块。4、准备好蒸熟放凉的粉团、芒果肉、椰蓉，开始包馅。5、手上沾一点凉开水（防止沾手），用勺子取一份面团放在手掌，压扁，再把四周捏薄。6、放入一份芒果馅料，类似包汤圆那样包起来，收口，搓圆，在椰蓉里滚一下。
