　　有北京消息人士称，令计划长期在胡锦涛的身边担任中央办公厅主任，所以中央对于他的调查极为慎重，但也绝不因为他曾经的背景而放弃反腐。他认为，十八大上胡锦涛「裸退」，一定程度反映了胡退休后不干政，因此也绝不会做令计划的「保护伞」。
