杨枝甘露

原料：芒果、西柚、西米、椰汁、牛奶、白糖。

嘿！前三步和西米露是一样哒！

4、牛奶、椰汁和糖混合好，放在锅里小火加热至糖完全溶解。

5、两个芒果去皮去核，一个半用搅拌机打成泥，剩下半个切块。

6、把煮好的牛奶椰浆混合液和芒果泥、西米倒在一起，搅拌均匀，蒙上保鲜膜，放冰箱冷藏。

7、到温度合适的时候取出，上面撒上芒果粒和西柚果粒。

【注：西米的煮法~ 评论区里有少年说西米总是煮不好，这里说一下。水沸以后再把西米下锅，一直搅拌防止粘锅。大概 15-20min 后西米四周透明，中间有小白点时候关火焖着，焖 5-10min 基本透明了就捞出来过一遍凉水。主要是要掌握好煮的时间.】
