中国台湾网11月21日消息台北市20岁女子和母亲及其刘姓男友同住，不料之后竟爱上刘男，两人在家中发生数次性关系。事后疑争风吃醋，谎报刘男性侵，出庭时却改称是两情相悦，还说“我觉得我比我妈漂亮”、“想将他抢过来”，检方对刘男处分不起诉。

据台湾媒体报导，年约40岁的刘男和离婚林姓女子交往，并于今年7月搬进林女家中，和林女20岁女儿同住。刘男对女友女儿呵护备至、照顾有加，女儿渐爱上刘男，两人在家中3度发生性关系。

某次林女女儿向刘男问是否爱她，刘男回答令她不满，愤而指控刘男性侵。不过，林女女儿出庭时却向检警称性行为属你情我愿，且“这辈子没人对我这么好”、“我比我妈漂亮”，还说想将刘男从母亲身边抢过来。

刘男坦言曾和林女女儿上床，但只是把她视作女儿，并无强迫性质。检方调查发现林女女儿患躁郁症，且称性交并非违反意愿，对刘男处分不起诉。
