法国将重点打击公交逃票行为违者逃5次即获罪

法国交通事务官员14日在国民议会表示，加强打击公交逃票行为将是2015年交通部门的工作重点。由该国交通部与内政部协调制定的一系列措施将在今年起正式实施。据悉，法国公交系统每年因逃票行为而受到的损失高达4至5亿欧元。

相关打击措施包括允许检票人员对逃票者做笔录、交通部门设立识别逃票人员机制，降低对逃票行为判罪的最低逃票次数限制，即由过去一年内逃票10次判罪改为5次即可判罪等等。

此前为制止逃票，巴黎轻罪法庭曾以《日常安全法》的“惯常舞弊”罪判处那些经常逃票的人。最高量刑为6个月的刑期及7500欧元罚款。

法国国家铁路公司SNCF制裁珀贝(Guillaume Pepy)表示，为打击逃票行为，SNCF2014年12月与交通部、内政部共同开会，协商推出提高罚款额度等打击逃票措施，同时SNCF也有意考虑改变检票方式，改变目前乘客自由进出车站、检票只是在车上随机抽查的做法。
