取带霜的干柿饼10～15克，罗汉果10克(或1枚)，胖大海1枚。将柿饼放入小茶杯内盖紧，隔水蒸15分钟后切成片。罗汉果洗净捣烂，与胖大海、柿饼同放入陶瓷茶杯中，沸水冲入，盖5分钟后即成清咽茶。这种茶滋润爽口，有清咽止痛、止咳消肿之效。柿饼上的柿霜还有凉血、清热、利咽作用。
