全球股市似乎看到希腊债务危机化解有望，美国股市周一收盘上涨，道琼斯指数上升了0.6%，纳斯达克指数上升了0.7%。东京股市今天收盘上扬1.87%，上海股市猛涨2.19%，香港股市上涨0.93%，欧洲股市开盘上扬：巴黎股市上涨0.76%，法兰克福股市上涨0.99%，伦敦股市上涨0.19%。

不过，今天希腊政府发言人塞克拉迪斯表示，希腊政府与欧元区协商的债务协议草案还要经希腊国会批准，如果政府的建议不能在国会获得多数议员通过，那么齐普拉斯政府也将不能存在下去。
