　本报讯（记者孙思娅）昨天记者得悉，在西单驾驶捷达车连撞9人的司机李洪海被市高级人民法院以“以风险办法风险公共平安罪”终审讯处有期徒刑7年，并补偿受益人经济损掉12万余元至1200元不等。当前，此案的民事补偿局部曾经进入执行顺序。
　　2010年11月22日，一辆银灰色捷达以四五十公里的时速在荣华的西单大街上连撞9人，这起事情被称为“11·22西单汽车连撞行人事情”。此事情发作位置于西单北大街辅路，曾激发社会存眷。该事情制造者李洪海本年32岁，是黑龙江省五大连池市人。
　　据法院认定，2010年11月22日10时许，李洪海驾驶车商标为京N809Q6的捷达牌轿车，在西单北大街东侧自行车道内，由南向北行驶进程中，成心抵触触犯过路群众，致8人轻伤，1人细微伤。经判定，个中范某和刘某的伤残品级为9级，张某为10级。李洪海作案后向公安机关投案。

　昨天记者从被害人处调查到，当前被害人曾经向法院请求了强迫执行，此案的民事局部也曾经进入执行顺序。此外，记者联络到李洪海的一审辩护人张兴梅。据她讲，在此前会晤当事人李洪海的进程中，她调查到李洪海的家庭经济坚苦，并没有补偿才能。
