Changes from seasons means one could easily catch cold. A cup of lemongrass ginger tea could help to prevent sickness, in case of sickness, to ease symptoms!
Ingredients:
2 Stalk of lemongrass(remove outer layer,sliced)
3-4 slices of ginger root
1 red tea bad
1 tsp honey/honey rock sugar Optional
3-4 cups water
1. Clean, and slice ginger and lemongrass, boil both of them with 3-4 cups of water for 10 minutes at medium heat. Add a tea bag and steep for 2-3 minutes.
2. Discard ginger and lemongrass pieces, add honey/sugar if you like, you could serve it both warm and cold.
