近日，贵州仁怀市的酒企迎来了一则“救市”政策。被称为“中国酒都”的仁怀市发布文件表示将给予当地酒企大力支持，规模酒企将从财政、税收、融资等方面给予奖励，贷款用于生产销售的酱香型酒企，政府将按照50%给予贴息。昨天，贵州茅台股价大涨2.71%。而在临近年底白酒预期大卖等因素刺激下，整个白酒板块集体上扬，多只白酒股报收涨停。

　　据了解，贵州仁怀市出台了《关于进一步促进仁怀酱香酒产业发展的意见》，主要方向为“扶优扶强”。据《意见》，今明两年仁怀将对地方酒业当年产值、固投、销售收入上亿元，且税收超千万元的企业，从财政、税收、融资等方面给予奖励扶持。在融资支持上，将对贷款用于生产、市场销售的酱香酒生产企业，按50%给予贴息。
　　据相关统计，仁怀市拥有100家左右规模酒企，对于白酒产业的贡献超过八成。仁怀市政府近日披露的数据显示，今年1至10月，仁怀规模以上白酒工业增加值完成355亿元，同比增长23%。完成白酒总产值累计达384亿元，同比增长23%，其中茅台酒厂集团公司完成292亿元，同比增长22%。市场分析认为，对于目前处于行业严冬的酒企而言，政府出手“救市”，虽仅仅重点辅助优势企业，但也具有积极意义。
　　昨天，仁怀市的上市公司贵州茅台大涨2.71%，报收160.06元。而在多重因素刺激下，白酒板块集体暴涨，至收盘，古井贡酒、山西汾酒、酒鬼酒、金种子酒、水井坊五只白酒股涨停，沱牌舍得、洋河股份、泸州老窖、五粮液等涨幅居前。消息面上，目前国内的白酒类上市公司，除金六福与银基在港股上市以外，其余均在A股上市，白酒股的稀缺性在沪港通开通后有望获得境外投资者的爆炒。业内分析，白酒股作为内地独有投资品种，或已吸引到国外资金关注，后市白酒股有望迎来估值回归。
