独立studio，位于92省Antony市中心，地铁快线3圈RER B线Antony站，1楼有电梯，附近有各种店面超市，独立studio+cave+parking出租，附近有ecole centrale paris 巴黎十一大，适合留学生租，更合适留学生couple，可申请最高房补。

92省富人区antony Vs 小巴黎房源：

安全，安全永远是第一位的。法国人都知道antony地区属于法国人的富人区，基本上都是白人老人家，附近更是maison成群。studio所在的大楼05年建造，酒店式公寓的设计，邻里是法国大学音乐教授，退休老爷爷老奶奶，绝没有各种不安全因素，可以放一百个心。
环境，环境好是身体健康的一大保障，附近有parc de sceaux，大巴黎地区最大公园，适合跑步健身锻炼身体，夏季更可以和小伙伴们picnic，欢乐多多，身体棒棒。
房租，比巴黎的单独studio至少便宜1/3-1/2（同样条件studio在巴黎地区价格真是高上加高），留学生可以申请最高房补，couple可到近370欧元，想要生活质量的小伙伴们可以省下更多的钱去做自己喜欢的事情。
交通，交通方便，步行到地铁站三五分钟，RER B线直达，早晚3-5分钟一班，白天周末平均10分钟一班，有快慢车之分，快车到cité universitaire10分钟，到chatelet20分钟，超级方便。antony地铁站可以直接坐小火车6分钟抵达orly机场，方便去欧洲各个国家旅行游玩。RER B直接也会抵达CDG，回国的亲们也不用再把大箱子搬来搬去了。
交通费，马上巴黎就采取不分圈的交通制度了，巴黎政府都以实际行动来支持我们住在大巴黎地区。我们可以花最少的钱，住着最好的环境。
房屋本身，独立studio，独立空间，适合生活，1.4×2m双人床，各种桌椅，书柜以置备齐全；厨房有微波炉，冰箱，烤箱；洗衣机，还有带大浴缸的超大卫生间，可以直接拎包入住了。不再需要为各种家具而烦恼

房租是774欧/月，我已经住了两年了，真是不舍得这里，房东人也很nice，只希望帮房子找到有缘的小伙伴。
