重磅！央行类似降准150基点政策出台

央行与24家大型金融机构周四在会议上称，非银行金融机构同业存款与同业借款纳入存贷比，但是存款准备金初步定为零，上述机构不包括财务公司。

分析人士称，如果非银同业存款部分新增存款要交存准，需要调降150个基点的准备金率来对冲对流动性的影响，即降准三次。他表示，“将非银金融机构在银行的同业存款纳入贷存比分母早有预期，但这部分存款不交存款准备金却大超预期，对银行而言是重大利好，极大缓解了短期流动性压力。”

12月23日爆出银监会发48号急文强化银行核查六项重点业务，造成12月24日银行股重大利空。
