辽宁丹东市民史女士最近学会了发微信红包，可红包没发出去，卡里的六千八百多元却不翼而飞了，这钱是咋没的呢？

记者见到史女士时，她反复念叨说，学习一门外语太重要了。史女士说，今年过年期间，她通过微信给朋友发了一个888元的红包，不过当时因为网络忙，并没有发出去。

由于工作繁忙，史女士对这微信红包一直没处理。最近，她想起这事来了，查看微信红包，系统显示交易已经关闭了。于是，史女士就上网查找到了一个微信客服电话号。

对方告诉史女士，她的这笔红包被冻结了，需要史女士到提款机操作。一系列操作下来，对方竟然让史女士进入了英文界面。这下，史女士可就懵了，满屏洋字码她也不知道啥意思。史女士一着急，就按着对方的指示在提款机上一顿按，最后，卡里的6800多元钱都没了。

真正的微信客服电话工作人员表示，这明显就是一个骗局，微信没有任何操作是需要当事人到提款机前操作的。微信客服人员提醒大伙，通过微信支付交易失败的，一般系统会自动退还钱款，不需要当事人到提款机前进行操作。
