　　沈鼓集团是国有大型一类企业，随着国有资产证券化的提速和国家政策的大力扶持，沈鼓集团迈开了上市的步伐，近些年来，在经济萧条的条件下，沈鼓集团的业绩仍然持续增长，在同行业中保持较大的优势。然而在资产市场化的条件下，沈鼓集团也面临着风险和压力。

　　作为我国规模最大、技术最为领先的通用机械制造企业，神鼓集团主要致力于透平式压缩机、往复式压缩机和泵等重大技术装备产品的研发与生产，不可避免地面对来自国内外知名大型企业的激烈竞争。透平式压缩机领域的美国GE、日本三菱、德国曼透平和西门子，泵领域的美国福斯、日本荏原、德国凯士比和瑞士苏尔寿等国外竞争对手资本规模大、技术先进、制造能力强，具有较强的竞争优势。而国内同行业竞争对手，如陕鼓动力等公司，近年来不断提升生产能力及技术水平，对本公司国内业务构成一定程度的竞争。

　　目前，国内通用机械制造行业持续发展，重大技术装备国产化进程持续推进，尽管沈鼓集团在行业内持续保持领先的市场地位，但沈鼓集团不能排除未来将面临更加激烈的国际、国内双重竞争。激烈的市场竞争可能在市场份额及毛利率水平两个方面对本公司的经营业绩和财务状况构成不利影响。

　　沈鼓公司依靠重大技术装备行业积累的丰富经验，2009年6月设立沈鼓风电，进入风电整机制造领域。国内风电行业在经历了2006年至2010年连续5年的高速增长后，沈鼓集团2011年和2012年进入调整期。2013及2014年国内风电行业虽有所回暖，但风电整机制造业白热化的市场竞争以及并网管理的加强等多种因素，风电机组价格一直维持在较低水平，极大的影响了风电整机制造行业的整体利润水平。沈鼓集团虽已经采取了与主要客户建立长期战略合作关系等积极措施，但本公司的风电整机制造业务仍受到较大影响。截至2014年12月31日，沈鼓集团持有与风电整机制造与服务业务相关的存货账面余额32,751.50万元，沈鼓集团已对上述存货计提了存货跌价准备8,537.48万元。

　　面对不仅是国内外的压力，还有行业内的竞争，虽然沈鼓集团自身的优势不容小视，但为了长远的打算，不仅要上市，还要再提升各方面的能力。
