在过去的几年当中，我们铁血网络团队多少也赚了点钱，在草根互联网稍微有了点儿名气。这都离不开大家的鼓励与支持，更离不开那些一直祸害我，打击我，想消灭我的王八蛋，内奸，败类，感谢那些纯粹的傻逼“激励”我、“鼓励”我，让大爷我以自残的精神做营销，以殉道者的精神领悟营销的玄机。大道至简。2015年，我们的奋斗目标是年赚1000万，为了达成目标，我做出了以下几个战略。

（五）赚钱。
凡是不能为团队带来利益的队员直接清理，凡是不能为我们团队带来直接利益的中小企业就解除合作关系。凡是能给我们带来利益的队员或中小企业，就多来往，多聚会，建立起一个牢固的利益共同体。
（六）工资分配方案。
